Sizes: Measurements need to be the longest part of the width and length of the TOP of the mattress. 

Standard Size: 60" width or smaller, up to 80" in length 

Large: 61" to 75" width, up to 80" in length

Extra Large: 76" width or larger 

A template is required for the custom protector. Please add on the template kit if you need to make a template. Please provide us with the mattress depth. If we have any questions, we will reach out
