LARGE = 61" width to 75" width, up to 80" length
EXTRA LARGE = 76" width or larger
Measurements need to be the longest part of the width and length of the TOP of the mattress. If measurements are larger, you will be charged accordingly.
A custom template is REQUIRED. If you do not have a template, please add our template kit to your order.
